CANCELLATION POLICY
To be mindful of our Besties time we have the right to charge a 25% non-refundable cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If extenuating circumstances are communicated to your provider/stylist this fee may be waived.
